SASI have been working together with Cycling South Australia to restructure the State Development and TID Programs. The goal was to create better flow between programs, better engagement and to generally improve the long term health of these programs.
As part of this, SASI and CSA have jointly appointed four new coaches to the TID and State Development programs. SASI coach James Glasspool will take on responsibility as Head Coach of the CSA State Development and Talent ID programs.
Cycling South Australia CEO Lachlan Ambrose commented on the restructure “Our major goals with the program restructure was to provide greater stability, and hence sustainability to the program, for both the athletes and the coaches. With the new framework we feel that we have achieved this goal. We are appreciative of the work and support provided by SASI to enable this transition.
